Your audit, with books ready for it.

Every Cyprus company needs its year-end accounts signed off by an independent auditor licensed by ICPAC, the Cyprus accountants' body. We arrange one of our Partner Auditors, and your books arrive complete.

  • ICPAC-licensed auditors
  • Quoted per company
  • From €950

An independent audit, arranged.

Sumly never audits your company. A licensed Partner Auditor does, independently, and signs the report in their own name.

  • An ICPAC-licensed Partner Auditor
  • A full audit, or a review if your company qualifies
  • Every entry linked to its source document
  • Reconciled books, ready to hand over
  • Year-end accounts by your bookkeeper on Premium
  • The audit report, signed by the auditor
Quoted per company
From €950excl. VAT

The fee depends on the company's size, its year and how clean the books are. You see the quote before anything starts.

Hand over a trail, not a shoebox.

Every entry in Sumly links back to the receipt or invoice behind it, and Sumly reconciles the bank. The auditor works from that instead of a folder of PDFs, so there's far less to chase.

  • Year-end reports, live from the books
  • Bank feeds reconciled to the cent
  • Receipts and invoices attached to their entries

How it works.

You ask for the audit, a Partner Auditor does it, and your books answer most of the questions.

  1. Any time

    Talk it through

A 30-minute call about your company, its year, and whether a full audit or a review applies.

  2. Get your quote

A price for your company, based on its size and its books. Audits start at €950.

  3. Year-end

    Finish the year-end accounts

You finalise them in Sumly, or your Sumly certified bookkeeper does it for you on Premium.

  4. Partner Auditor

    The audit

Your Partner Auditor works from your books in Sumly, with every document already attached.

  5. Signed off

The auditor signs the report in their own name, and your accounts are ready to file with the annual return.

Audit or review? What changed in 2026.

Every company still needs a licensed auditor. What the auditor does now depends on how big the company is.

  • Full audit

The standard for Cyprus companies. The auditor examines the year-end accounts and gives the opinion the law requires.
  • Review engagement

From 2026, the smallest private companies may have a lighter review instead, based on turnover and assets over two years in a row. A licensed auditor still does it, with less checking behind it.
  • Who decides

Your Partner Auditor checks your figures and confirms which applies. The books you hand over are the same either way.

Not always. Every Cyprus company still needs an ICPAC-licensed auditor to sign off its accounts. From 2026, the smallest private companies, measured on turnover and assets over two years in a row, may have a lighter review instead. Your Partner Auditor confirms which applies.

No, and no software or bookkeeping service legally can. An independent, ICPAC-licensed auditor has to do it and sign it. Sumly arranges a Partner Auditor we've verified, and gets your books ready.

Finished year-end accounts, a reconciled ledger and the documents behind the entries. In Sumly, all three are ready before the auditor starts.

An accountant or bookkeeper does the work through the year. They keep the books and prepare the filings. An auditor checks the year-end accounts independently and gives the opinion the law requires. On Premium, your Sumly certified bookkeeper keeps the books and a Partner Auditor audits them.

Yes, its accounts still need signing off. Whether that's a full audit or a review depends on its figures, and the work is simpler when the books are empty but reconciled.

It depends on the company's size, how complex its year was and how clean the books are. Partner Auditor engagements start at €950 and are quoted per company.

Yes. Sumly's books export cleanly, with every entry carrying its source document, so any auditor can work from them.
